Marmalade for the Soul

January can feel so dark and miserable, especially after the festivities in December, so it's apt that this is the month when the Seville oranges are ripe and available to enjoy making marmalade. I've been doing this for a number of years now, and it's joyful, relaxing and a perfect way to spend a morning, especially when in conversation with other like minded souls.

So start collecting your empty jam jars and book in to make marmalade together!
